New York Bus Map App Reviews

Sadece otobüs haritaları var.

This is an image of the MTA bus map, nothing more or less. A higher resolution map, and a few features such as an ability to reset the orientation of the map, would be nice, but hey, its free.

The app is extremely helpful. It would be a five star if when I zoom in the street names were clear but other then that its very good.

So handy - grateful someone took the time.

Would be good if it also included Nassau buses. Especially since theyre not posted t bus stops, the way city buses are.

MTA has updated their maps since the last major service change. For example Qbx1 is now split into routes that are not reflected on the map.

Couldnt use it. Fix the crash!

I really wanted this app to work! My son and I are going to New York city for a weekend trip and plan on taking the buses everywhere. I down loaded the app and went to map page and it crashes, It goes black and takes me back to my home page every time.

... As any other app out there ! Works fine on my iPhone 4, at least the Manhattan map ( the only one that matters to me ). Couples things to improve: 1) double tap to zoom 2) use gps to find current location 3) remove map rotation, unnecessary Thats it !

No high res image Everythings crazy blurry, try reading it urself n see if u can even figure out

Worst App Ive ever seen. Map quality is horrendous when you zoom in. Cheapest looking app Ive ever had the misfortune of downloading. This is officially licensed by the MTA? Im going to have to email them and have them work on one of their own because this is garbage! Wish I could give 1/4 star... And thats being nice!

Dont download this map is a waste of time. The map resolution is unreadable zoomed in. Can not read street numbers.

If you want that sign thats posted in stations or on busses of the basic bus routes on your phone then this app is for you. If youre expecting it to have functions like iMaps or iTrans- think again. Not only are the other reviews correct about once you zoom in close enough to read street names the resolution is illegible, there are literally NO functions. You can look at the map- thats it. You cannot tap stops for times- the maps do not even show the bus stops, let alone the schedule. I cant imagine how this app could be useful. Im glad it was free or Id be pissed. Oh well, back to the search...

Standard NYC bus map, but not optimized for iPad--just a small window. Better to google NYC bus map and use NYCTA map full screen.

Seems like the previous issues have been fixed. This is not google maps that tells you where you are, this is a downloaded map that you can figure out your route with if your a regular subway or bus rider

Cant even read it. It too tiny to read and when zoom in, its blurry. I dont think this was made for iPhone at all.

I like this app very much, its exactly as it should be a map. Ok if your looking for google earths zoom; then go over there. The map is very readable and I wear glasses and had not a spot of trouble. I applause the creators of this handy little app! Dont listen to all the whiners, they dont know a good thing!

Looks all well and good when you open the program. You choose the Buro and it opens the map. It all falls apart when you zoom in to the map to actually see the streets you want to go to. This seriously needs a resolution increase to be more usable not thats its completely not usable either. It also doesnt include schedules.
